This web material is under constant revision to include the proud history of the Southeast Asian Geotechnical Society (SEAGS) founded by Dr. Za Chieh Moh in 1967 which led to much of the developments of Geotechnics in SE Asia and elsewhere. Also to indicate the increasing role played by the Association of Southeast Asian Geotechnical Societies (AGSSEA) founded in 2007 within which SEAGS is also a member organization.
