In December 2014 were lectures by foreign professors from Greece and Japan. The President of the Hellenic Society of SMGE Professor Christos Tsatsanifos from Athens (Greece) and Dr. Yukiyasu Fujii (Fukada Geological Institute, Tokyo, Japan) gave a keynote lectures on the protection of historical monuments, about design of tunnels in seismic areas ( more related with TC305 of ISSMGE –‘Geotechnical infrastructure for megacities and new capitals ‘)for PhD. Students of the Department “Designing of buildings and constructions” and also for audience at the national scientific-practical conference dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the architectural-civil engineering faculty of Eurasian National University (Photo 1).
