TC41: Third Meeting
The 3 rd meeting of TC41, chaired by Dr. Arsenio Negro, chairman of TC41, took place during the Conference Modern Architecture, Construction and Transport: Situation and Perspectives of Development in the Eurasian National University in Astana, Kazakhstan, on the 12th and 13 th of May, 2009. The Conference was made possible by the President of Kazahstan Geotechnical Society, Prof. Askar Zhusupbekov (third from left on front row).
